When you speak in your mother tongue, you need to start replacing the nouns in your mother tongue with English nouns. Then try to use adjectives before the nouns. Read English newspapers and find a friend with whom you can speak in English. Don't emphasize pronunciations but try to talk continuously. Best of luck!
