I have achieved Chitra Vishrad title from Chandigarh Pracheen Kalakendra and have been painting since 30 years. I mainly have taught drawing and colouring to kids in schools I have taught and my kids around. I strongly believe that creative art is a form of relaxation and theraphatic! Therefore would highly recommend elders also to play with colours and enjoy in my class! Go beyond barriers with colours and have fun!!!
