I am Sulagna, a Spoken English trainer with over 25 years of professional and teaching experience. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work and interact with people from diverse cultural, educational, and professional backgrounds across India, Africa, and the United States. These experiences have helped me develop a deep understanding of communication skills and the practical use of English in everyday life and professional settings.

I hold a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree and have always been passionate about language, communication, and education. My journey as an educator has allowed me to guide learners of different age groups and proficiency levels, helping them improve their confidence, fluency, and overall communication abilities. I believe that learning a language is not just about grammar and vocabulary but also about expressing oneself effectively and confidently.

A significant part of my professional journey includes working as a school teacher in both India and Africa. These experiences exposed me to different educational systems and learning styles, enabling me to adapt my teaching methods to suit the needs of diverse learners. Teaching students from varied backgrounds strengthened my ability to communicate concepts clearly and create a positive learning environment.

I also spent 25 years living in the United States, where I gained extensive exposure to spoken English through daily interactions, professional engagements, and community involvement. This experience helped me develop a practical understanding of conversational English, pronunciation, communication etiquette, and cultural nuances. I bring these real-world insights into my classes to help students use English naturally and effectively in different situations.

In addition to my teaching experience, I have worked in the banking sector as an educator and trainer. This role allowed me to train individuals, conduct learning sessions, and develop communication skills within professional environments. These experiences enhanced my ability to mentor learners, build confidence, and provide structured guidance that supports both personal and professional growth.

My teaching methodology is based on a structured lesson plan that combines grammar, vocabulary development, and practical communication practice. I strongly believe that language learning should be interactive and enjoyable. My classes focus on real-life conversations, spoken practice, role plays, and everyday communication scenarios that help students become comfortable using English in their daily lives.
