I have a background in both education and the corporate sector. I previously ran an academy named Subhmalya Academy, where I taught subjects like English & Science. The academy is still operational, though I had to shift to a corporate job to support my responsibilities.
Currently, I work with BT Group PLC as a Quality Analyst, which has strengthened my communication, attention to detail, and mentoring skills. However, my passion has always been teaching, and I am now returning to it with renewed commitment. I bring a blend of academic knowledge, real-world experience, and a sincere desire to help students grow.
