A qualified, consummate and veteran Music Teacher with spiffng ability to train and guide students to learn Music (Western Music on Guitar and Violin) through piquant approaches right from the rudimentary level.
Currently working in the capacity of a full time Music Teacher at Delhi Public School, Kolkata. Teaching western violin for the last 5 years and acoustic / electric guitar for 13 years.
Received award from His Excellency, the former Governor of West Bengal, Mr. Gopal Krishna Gandhi, for securing highest marks in M.A in Music in the year 2005.
Worked under the direction of the celebrated Music Director Mr. Debojyoti Mishra on the film 'Raincoat' and in a raft of private albums with eminent musicians.
An unprecedented Fusion Album (Hold Round to Your Arms) of mine on Rabindranath Tagore's compositions was released from 'RAGA MUSIC' in the year 2012 and was rapturously welcomed by the connoisseurs of Music.
Performed lashings of stage shows in Kolkata and W.B. with reputation.
Taking on the vocation of being a Music Teacher, I have trained and directed Choir and Orchestra in different reputed schools and conducted many prestigious cultural programmes amongst which International Pallottine School Camp, held at St. Vincent Pallotti International Residential School, Dongargarh
(Chattisgarh), in the year 2010, Chrysalis at Delhi Public School (Joka), South Kolkata (W.B.), from the year 2015 till date evoked rich accolades from the audience.
