I specialize in Spoken and Communicative English, with over 15 years of experience teaching learners across age groups, professions, and cultural backgrounds. My approach focuses on helping students use English confidently in real-life scenarios.

I hold a Master’s in English Literature from Jadavpur University, a Diploma in English Language Teaching, and have also completed a language training program at CIEFL, Hyderabad. These qualifications form the backbone of my language instruction methodology.

Over the years, I’ve worked with students aged 16 to 50+, including TCS engineers, job seekers, homemakers, and professionals. This diversity has helped me adapt and refine my teaching strategies to suit individual learning styles and goals.

I prefer individual, one-on-one sessions—both online and offline—because they allow for personalized, need-based instruction. I assess each learner’s level, set practical communication goals, and track progress through real-world usage of the language.

My classes follow the communicative approach—less teacher talk, more student interaction. Learners engage in conversations, role plays, situational dialogues, and debates that improve fluency and spontaneity.

To keep lessons engaging, I incorporate YouTube videos, real news articles, infotainment clips, and authentic materials, making English relevant and current. I also develop custom worksheets and vocabulary handouts for added practice.

I provide well-curated learning materials, including assignments, notes, and practice tests, to reinforce key skills. My ultimate goal is to help each learner communicate with confidence, clarity, and purpose in English.
