"Sourav Bhattacharya from Urban pro is extremely unprofessional and rude person with no maturity- he at first suggested different dates and time to start the tuition none of which were met and then after a detailed discussion to take this matter seriously, finally he committed a timeline to start the tuition and then on that particular time, he did not connect with me. I kept on calling him numerous times but he did not pick up the phone, although I had agreed to the fees he had asked me to pay. This type of tutor should not be allowed to be a part of Urbanpro. "

I got busy admitting a relative of mine who suddenly developed very high feature, due to corona outbreak we are in a troubled situation, but I provided classes who has already paid and will continue to do so,do not take this personally, things sometimes happen which are bigger than you and me, I advice you to get over this pettiness.
