As a teacher, one is supposed to help a weak child so that he can not only do well in his exams but also built a strong base. Every child does not have the same grabbing power or intellect . A teacher should be the able to modulate and be the guiding force behind every child. But our experience was quite contrary to the same. She expects that the child should understand everything right from the word go and would pass derogatory remarks if the child fails to understand in the first chance. She used to do unwanted comparisons with other children and lacked minimum patience that is expected out of a teacher. So, appoint her only if your child is a cream student, else be prepared to be insulted.
