Shweta

Hi. Do you know why I address you as inspirers? Because children inspire teachers the most to work continuously, and the young community is so intellectual, smart, and tech-savvy. I always aspire to be an efficient and good teacher. This is my 12th year in the teaching line. I want each of my students to grasp the concepts and not just mug them up; this will help them in understanding the language thoroughly.

Students should not think that because Hindi is not their mother tongue, they cannot understand it. It will be my duty to inculcate correct and fulfilling education. My communication skills and understanding of the subject will help you get closer to it. I gain the trust of the students, and similarly, I trust them, as all children are unique in their own way. I never compare students to one another because I understand how they feel in different situations.

The first thing I remember as a teacher is that to gain respect, you must give it. As teachers, we can easily earn respect from students if they feel respected first.

I want to assure my students of quality work with a fun way of learning. If they join hands with me, we will touch the sky and cross all milestones. I have been a freelance Hindi teacher for the past 14 years.
