I am a professionally trained chef and culinary educator with international experience in both the hospitality industry and higher education. I have worked in London for nearly four years at renowned restaurants, including Sketch London, where I gained extensive experience in fine dining, modern European cuisine, pastry, and high-volume professional kitchens.

Academically, I hold an M.Sc. in Culinary Innovation Management from Birkbeck, University of London in collaboration with Le Cordon Bleu, and an M.Sc. in Hospitality & Tourism Management from the Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration (MAHE), Manipal. My educational background combines culinary expertise with hospitality management, food innovation, and research.

I teach cooking with a strong focus on understanding techniques rather than simply following recipes. My classes are interactive, beginner-friendly, and customised to each student’s goals—whether they want to cook confidently at home, improve their culinary skills, prepare for hotel management entrance or practical examinations, or build a professional career in the hospitality industry.
