I teach Yoga to students of all levels, focusing on improving physical health, flexibility, mindfulness, and overall well-being. Over the past 2 years, I have guided students from different age groups and fitness levels, helping them develop a consistent and effective Yoga practice. My approach emphasizes both physical and mental wellness, aiming to create a balanced and healthy lifestyle for each student.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree and have completed the Yoga Certification Board (YCB) Level 2 certification, which has equipped me with professional knowledge and practical skills to teach Yoga effectively. These qualifications allow me to combine traditional Yoga practices with modern teaching methodologies, making my sessions safe, structured, and highly effective.

My experience in Yoga competitions has enhanced my own discipline, confidence, and teaching skills. Participating in these events has allowed me to understand the nuances of performance, posture, and presentation, which I incorporate into my training sessions to guide students in refining their techniques.

I follow a structured and practical-based approach in my classes. Each session is designed with a proper lesson plan, focusing on correct posture, breathing techniques, and personalized guidance based on individual student needs. I ensure that students progress steadily while enjoying the learning process.

My classes are interactive, combining theory and practice to help students understand the purpose behind each exercise. I emphasize mindful practice, body alignment, and breathing control, enabling students to gain strength, flexibility, and mental clarity over time.

In addition to Yoga, I also provide Wedding Choreography Dance training. I help individuals and families prepare confident and graceful performances for special occasions, blending creativity with technical precision to make each performance memorable.

Teaching Yoga has been deeply rewarding, as I see students improve their physical and mental well-being while gaining confidence and self-awareness. My goal is to create an engaging, supportive, and enjoyable learning environment where every student can thrive and achieve their personal wellness objectives.
