"I engaged Santi Nath Karak (Math Tutor) through UrbanPro for my son with an agreement of 8 classes per month against advance payment. However, classes were irregular, often delayed, and poorly managed. In January 2026, I paid ₹4,500, but only one class was conducted. The tutor discontinued on his own after concerns were raised. He assured a refund by 20th February 2026, but till date no amount has been returned despite multiple follow-ups. This reflects lack of professionalism and accountability. I request UrbanPro to take note of this matter. "

"I want to share how awesome he is as my math & physics teacher. He makes tough math stuff easy to understand and makes class fun, also teaches how math is used in real life, which makes it more interesting. He makes math feel important and not just something we do in class. Besides being a good teacher, he is friendly and a good listener. He likes hearing what we as students think about class, and that makes it a good learning experience. Overall, he is an awesome math & physics teacher, and I've learned a lot from him. "
