I am an Certified ITIL expert. I have worked on infrastructure sphere of IT in tier-I companies like IBM HCL ANZ grindlays bank. delivered Service to indian and global MNCs. I have worked and delivered service from metro cities of INDIA like calcutta, bombay, chennai banaglore as well as overseas from cities like london dubai tokyo. I have provided service to bank, mobile manufacturer , heavy vehicle manufacturer retail giants etc. Last five years I have spent in the EDUCATION field. There I discovered a glaring gap between educated fresh engineer and industry ready fresh engineers. The root cause according to me is the lack of basics and strong foundations. The only way i can achieve by doing it myself as organizations and institutions have their own priorities or focus which is not beneficial for the student. No one guided me in 1986 when I started working so I took the decision to do it at the fag end of career. I never came across in my teens to guide or provide the direction. Today the competition is severe and to survive basics and solid foundation can not be compromised or sacrificed. I am confident the value addition done by me during training that will be gained will be of immense importance and crucial in their future growth. Quality is of supreme importance for me. Accountability and integrity is my prime virtue.
