I'm continuing my profession as a Tutor for near about 15 years. At present also I have students from class 6 to 10 of ICSE,CBSE & WBBSE. I provide them classes in subjects like - English ( Language & Literature), Bengali, Geography, History. I also provide tution to students of class 11 & 12 of WBCHSE. As an educator, I have always found it rewarding to connect with students on a personal level. Sharing my own experiences has often helped them feel more comfortable and engaged in the learning process. It also creates an environment where students can see the human side of their teacher. Moreover, they are more likely to trust and respect someone who is willing to be vulnerable. Ultimately, sharing personal experiences has enriched my teaching practice and helped students feel more connected to the material.
