Coming from a deep interest in holistic health, natural healing, and traditional yogic practices, I began my journey in yoga more than a decade ago. Over the years, I pursued professional training and became a certified yoga trainer, dedicating my career to promoting wellness through the science of yoga.

My background combines traditional yogic knowledge with practical wellness techniques, including asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, and relaxation practices. Through continuous learning, practice, and client interaction, I have developed a strong understanding of how yoga can support both physical health and mental well-being.

During the past 10 years of professional practice, I have worked with more than 500 individuals from different age groups and health conditions. My work focuses on helping people manage stress, improve flexibility and posture, enhance physical strength, and cultivate mental clarity. Many of my sessions are personalized, ensuring that each individual receives guidance suited to their specific needs and goals
