I am a professional academic, researcher and teacher. I specialise in Social Science and Environmental Studies. I hold a PhD in Geography and Urban Studies from Durham University (UK). I have been teaching advanced and foundation courses in Social Sciences and Environmental Studies for the last 5+ years in the UK and India. I thoroughly enjoy teaching and working with young minds. I bring innovative pedagogic practices, experiential insights, cutting edge developments in respective domains and interdisiciplinary and critical thinking and analytical rigor to my teaching. I have trained as a small group teacher wherein I combine both individual and group based learning tools, I also bring a need-based and individualised approach to one on one teaching and student mentoring. Passionate about research, teaching and learning, I emphasise conceptual, analytical and critical thinking with applied aspects, which have served my students really well in the past. I look forward to helping high school and college students sharpen their hold in specific subjects and prepare themselves for their next academic and professional stages of life.
