Started my career in Retail - sales. Afterwards, Spent the majority of my corporate tenure with ICFAI University (a leading name in offering management courses for working professionals.) There, as a student facilitator, I was instrumental in ensuring the academic and professional advancement of the students by aiding their learning with necessary soft skills and professional grooming, with special emphasis on interpersonal communication, value-determination, body language, corporate etiquette, public speaking, and 'people skills ' in general.
I started working as an independent trainer in 2018 and have, ever since, offered sessions on 'behavioral domain' covering areas such as: Communication, People skills, Motivation, Leadership, Time Management, Team Building, Stress Management, Corporate Etiquettes, life skills et al - for numerous professionals, and student groups, alike. I've also designed and deliver 'workshops' for teachers on 'Learning in the 21st Century' which delve into areas such as : Mindset, Teaching Methodologies, theory of mind, Understanding teenage brains and behaviors from the perspective of Neuroscience and behavioral science, the science of perfect 'timing' and what it means for the learners, et al. I am passionate about learning and development and intend to add value to people's lives by offering proven and time-tested tools and strategies designed to help them become their best version.
