Dance has been considered as one of the best ways or exercise to stay fit and healthy as it involves each part of the human body to move, stretch, bend. Dance is also an excellent way of doing cardio exercise as the heart pumps faster during dancing and as a result the body consumes more oxygen which is good for the heart health. So, the conclusion is not only hip hop, but every dance form of the world helps to stay healthy as long as you enjoy it.
