I have an experience of two years in the teaching profession of subjects of History/Civics, Geography and English for classes 6-8 of ICSE BOARD.
Teaching has always been a noble profession for me, as I believe only education can modernise an individual. I have ever tried to cater to the needs of the children in the class. I particularly follow I discuss, try and solve principle as far as the academic difficulties are concerned. Each student is different from the other so does their nature, so I prefer to deal with each one according to their nature. Encouragement is the requirement of all students whether rank holders or average students or even the failures, so encouraging each one towards the betterment will be my another major motto. I will try my level best to guide the students properly.
