I am an educator with over 29 years of enriching experience in shaping young minds through meaningful, engaging, and child-centric education. Teaching is not merely my profession—it is my passion, my purpose, and the driving force behind my lifelong commitment to nurturing confident, compassionate, and responsible learners. As a Mathematics and Science teacher, I strive to make learning enjoyable by blending innovation, creativity, experiential learning, and real-life applications into every lesson. I believe that every child possesses unique potential, and it is my responsibility to inspire curiosity, foster critical thinking, and cultivate a lifelong love for learning. One of the most rewarding aspects of my journey has been working with students with special needs. As the In-charge of Students with Special Needs in the Junior School, I have dedicated myself to creating an inclusive, empathetic, and supportive learning environment where every child feels accepted, respected, and empowered to succeed. I firmly believe that inclusive education is about recognising strengths, celebrating individuality, and ensuring that every learner receives the opportunity to thrive. Throughout my career, I have also had the privilege of serving as a Subject Representative for Science, Junior School Coordinator, Co-curricular Coordinator, and mentor to fellow educators. These leadership roles have strengthened my organisational abilities, collaborative spirit, and commitment to academic excellence and holistic development. Being honoured with the TTIS Touchstone Award has been one of the proudest milestones of my professional journey. This recognition reflects my unwavering dedication to educational excellence, innovation, and the positive impact I strive to make in the lives of my students and the wider school community. I am fortunate to share a wonderful bond with my students. Their trust, affection, and enthusiasm inspire me every day to become a better educator. I cherish being a mentor who not only teaches academic concepts but also instils values of kindness, resilience, integrity, and lifelong learning. I believe that education is the most powerful catalyst for transformation. My mission is to empower every learner to discover their strengths, realise their potential, and grow into confident, compassionate, and responsible global citizens.
