"I have attended several classes with Krishna Chakraborty Ma'am and I've had a very positive experience so far. One of the most important things from a student's perspective is that she's very vigilant during class, and corrects my speaking mistakes as and when I make them, rather than ignoring them. This is extremely helpful and helps increase speaking confidence in the long run. Another very valuable thing from a language learner's perspective is that she regularly speaks in Bengali in the class! This can sound odd to hear, but many teachers focus on doing lots of translation exercises from English into the target language, instead of speaking and listening naturally. A huge part of language learning is for the student to get to hear a lot of natural spoken language. This has been great in our classes and we are able to now do the whole class, more or less, in Bengali medium. Additionally, she has an excellent command over Bengali, English, and Hindi. This helps a lot as she can help you learn how to express your thoughts in Hindi/English into natural sounding Bangla. "
