So far as academics and teaching backdrop is concerned,
I did Master's in Economics and a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Economics and Information management.

After 9 years of working in market research firms including Frost & Sullivan and AC Neilson I shifted my career in psephological research and worked for another 4 years. From 2017 to 2021, I served as an hired researcher in the field of contemporary art markets, abroad.

Now, apart from working in my own company, I am associated with a few management institutions as guest lecturer and being haired by private and autonomous organisations for socio-economic and also psephological research and analysis job, anyway.

I make complex concepts easy by using live examples from our day to day affairs and activities in my class.
My classes are well-designed and students centric. I conduct interactive classes with the students, focusing on clarifying the basic concepts. Also provide proper notes, if required for a better learning experience. My classes are practical based, so thinking about the problem oriented questions and approaches to tacle them is an usual class activity.

For BSc students as they are equipped with the mathematical ideas like Calculus and often overlook economic logics and try to explain the concerned economic phenomena in terms of some mathematical reasoning. I faced this problem most in the classes of microeconomics and I really enjoy to overcome this hurdle by offering plethora of examples based on our day to day events and activities so that the students can understand and find the mathematical logic behind the economic behaviour.
