I found Mrs Patels review very alarming and decided to sit through JP sir's classes for three days while he was teaching. What I found was even more alarming. The response time for doubts put by my child to Dutta sir was less than 2 seconds which means he was there all the time. What I gathered the video goes off whenever he uses the digital whiteboard which is understandable and since most of the time he is interacting with possible explanations and solutions using the whiteboard (more like off line teaching), his video gets switched off. No wonder why he has so many 5 star reviews all over the internet. I settled for him not only being impressed by his demo class but also by so many 5 star reviews not only at urbanpro.com but from other sites also (infact his presence in Google search is mindblowing, you can also try it), unfortunately though I got his contact not from urbanpro.com but from one of his student's parent (possibly he got Dutta sir from urbanpro.com). I am thoroughly satisfied with his superb skill in handling my child and she is doing very well and I am very hopeful she will do well in Feb IGCSE boards as well. My take is nobody can satisfy every body as the old adage goes.
