Ishani B.

I am an educator with 3 years of teaching experience, specialising in teaching students from Classes 1 to 8. I teach all subjects to students from Classes 1 to 5 along with Spoken English, and I teach all subjects to students from Classes 6 to 8. My focus is on making learning simple, engaging, and easy for students to understand.

I am currently pursuing my Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.). My own academic journey has helped me understand the importance of building concepts step by step and maintaining consistency in learning. I bring this approach into my classes and focus on helping students develop a strong academic foundation rather than simply completing their syllabus.

Over the past 3 years, I have worked with students from different learning levels and academic backgrounds. I understand that every student has a different pace and may require a different style of explanation. I therefore try to create a supportive learning environment where students can ask questions freely, clarify their doubts, and gradually become more confident in their studies.

My teaching approach is interactive and student-friendly. I explain concepts in simple language and use discussions, activities, practical examples, and questions to make lessons more engaging. I encourage students to participate actively during classes because I believe that interaction and application help them understand and retain concepts more effectively.

I conduct my classes online and use PPT presentations and a digital whiteboard to support my explanations. I structure each session according to the student's learning requirements and include examples, practice questions, revision, and doubt-clearing wherever needed. My aim is to make each class productive while ensuring that students are comfortable with the pace of learning.

Along with academic subjects, I also focus on Spoken English. I help students improve their confidence in using English through conversations, vocabulary, sentence formation, and regular speaking practice. I encourage students to participate without worrying about making mistakes, as I believe that consistent practice is one of the best ways to improve communication skills.

My goal is to help students from Classes 1 to 8 develop strong fundamentals, improve their academic understanding, and become more confident learners. Through personalised attention, interactive teaching, practical examples, and regular practice, I aim to make learning a positive experience and support students in achieving their academic and communication goals.
