I am a Yoga Teacher/ Yoga Instructor. I have 20 years experience in this field. I have an organization in Kolkata. I hold a Certificate from Y.C.B
as a Level 2 Yoga Wellness Instructor and a Level 3 Yoga Teacher
Evaluator certified by the Yoga Certification Board under the Ministry
of Ayush, Government of India. I am also trained in traditional styles
and approaches to stress relief such as Meditation Upasana and Aerial
Yoga, as well as Zumba aerobic exercise. Additionally, I have taught
at prestigious institutions like The Institute of Cost Corporate and Raj
Bhavan Governor House. I have completed Aerial Yoga from Karmatic Yoga,
Rishikesh in 2024.

I am an enthusiastic and experienced Yoga Instructor with over 20
years of teaching experience. I specialize in Hatha yoga, mindfulness
meditation, and personal development workshops. I have worked with
a variety of clients ranging from beginners to advanced practitioners.
My greatest strength is my ability to create an inclusive environment
that caters to the individual needs of each student. I have successful
y helped many of my students achieve their goals by providing an
individualized approach for each one. Additionally, I am passionate
about helping people develop a balanced and healthy lifestyle and
strive to make yoga accessible to everyone. My biggest achievement
s include leading workshops at corporate events, teaching regular
classes at local gyms, and hosting retreats around the world.
