EXIN (Exterior Interior Ltd ; formerly known as Exterior-Interiors) came into existence in the year 1986 as a joint venture with the renowned multi-national paint company, Jenson & Nicholson Ltd. with the underlying need for professional education courses in interior and exterior designing.

EXIN served as a pioneer by becoming one of the first of its kind in the country to offer professional courses in the design arena, and in the process, it has played a prominent role in popularizing these fields.
