I am proficient in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. I have a Ph.D. in English from King’s College London, with additional qualifications in TESOL and DELT. I have extensive teaching experience at both national (Jadavpur University, Rani Birla College, Victoria College ) and international levels. I have proven ability to teach English as a foreign language to adult professionals across healthcare and corporate sectors, both in India and abroad. I also possess strong interpersonal skills and a passion for education and mentorship. I am a Lay Examiner for MRCOG examination conducted by the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, UK. I have won many national and international awards and scholarships like the Charles Wallace India Trust Scholarship for Research Studies in the UK, a financial grant from the English Department, King's College London, the North Brook Society Research Bursary, London and the Times Knowledge Icon Award, Kolkata. I have publications in national and international journals and have recently written a book on Shakespearean Closure, published by Lambert Academic Publishing.
