I have secured a Masters degree in English Literature from the English and Foreign Languages University, India. Prior to joining the program at EFLU, I have studied English Honors from St. Xaviers College and have served as a Freelance web writer. I was last employed as the Department Specific Trainer at Amazon.co.uk (Hyderabad) for the period of a year and two months wherein I contributed in training the current batch of associates employed for UK Customer Service. I have also worked as a creative Copy Editor at Wikiwakywoo ( Hyderabad.)
