I am a seasoned academician and administrator with more than ‘twelve years’ of experience‘ in CBSE schools and an equal number of years of teaching as PGT (Chemistry) in CBSE schools of repute across the city. I have introduced ‘Technology enhanced classrooms’ in schools and have worked in various administrative capacities for maximising student learning experience through staff development, curriculum design and have provided a strong, competent administrative leadership for all stakeholders.
I am strongly adept in all the latest CBSE Board norms, pedagogies and duties, have held various administrative posts like Teacher-In-Charge, Senior school Coordinator, Exam-In-Charge, Head of the Department, etc., in different CBSE schools and am confident of creating an enriching and safe environment in school that promotes effective learning.
