His voracious and wide range of reading has equipped him with a grasp of the language that's literally unparalleled. He is also a very good speaker. His special attention to the correct pronunciation and syntax of sentences makes him a splendid coach of spoken English. His persistence is an added asset, so that he is an equally good trainer for both the novice as well as the experienced. I cannot think of a better coach in English than Bishwaksen.

I have taught English - both literature and grammar - to school students for a long time. More pertinently I have been teaching Spoken English and grammar to both in house and external client employees for 10 years now. My focus while teaching Spoken English is to not only impart basic grammatical knowledge and vocabulary, but also to give the students the confidence to actually transfer that knowledge into application in their daily lives. From my experience, there are two main types of Spoken English students, one group has very little knowledge of English who needs both the fundamentals and practice while another group has the basic fundamentals but have problems in application. The materials and teaching style have to be modified accordingly, else proper learning do not take place.
