Bashist

I am a professional Virtual Assistant and Customer Support Specialist with over 11 years of experience working with international clients across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. Throughout my career, I have developed strong expertise in business communication, customer service, administrative support, and remote operations.

I worked with MyTasker for more than a decade, providing a wide range of virtual assistance services, including email and calendar management, internet research, data management, customer support, and administrative assistance. This experience allowed me to work closely with business owners and professionals from diverse industries while developing practical, real-world problem-solving and communication skills.

More recently, I worked as a Virtual Customer Service Associate at Amazon, where I handled customer queries through chat support, resolved issues efficiently, and consistently followed quality and performance standards in a fast-paced environment.

Alongside my professional career, I have been practicing Kyokushin Karate for over 20 years, which has instilled discipline, perseverance, and a continuous learning mindset—qualities I bring into my teaching.

As a tutor, I focus on practical, job-oriented learning rather than just theory. I enjoy helping students and working professionals improve their spoken English, business communication, customer service skills, interview preparation, virtual assistant skills, and career readiness. My teaching style is interactive, easy to understand, and tailored to each learner's goals, ensuring they gain confidence and skills they can apply immediately in real-life situations.
