I am Avantika Roy, a passionate educator with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, a Master's degree in Social Welfare, and a 120-hour International TEFL/TESOL certification. My diverse experiences as a Corporate Relations Associate Head, Research Intern, Content Writer, and Research Writer have honed my ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively. My background in sociology enables me to adapt seamlessly to new cultures, making me an ideal candidate for a dynamic and multicultural environment.
As an ESL teacher, I excel in creating engaging lesson plans tailored to the diverse needs of students, and I am deeply committed to fostering a positive and energetic learning atmosphere. Outside the classroom, I find balance and inspiration through dance, being trained in both classical Indian and Western styles. This passion for dance not only rejuvenates me but also enhances my focus and dedication to my craft. Together, these experiences and interests drive me to make a meaningful contribution to any educational institution I am a part of.
My ultimate goal is to become a teacher who can inspire the young minds of the world and pave the path for them, to make a positive contribution to society. This is the kind of teacher that I aspire to become.
