"I initially enrolled in the training to refine some foundational aspects of my communication like articulation, spontaneity etc. My expectation was to address a few baseline challenges. What I learnt, however, was far more impactful. Ankhi ma’am thoughtfully identified additional areas where I needed improvement and tailored the sessions to address those specific gaps. What started as a soft skills program gradually evolved into a much more comprehensive learning experience.
