Doon public school Dhanbad (Classes 5 and 7)- I had a short stint here due to my kids, who were very young at that time and needed my help. Hence, I discontinued here. As my first teaching assignment, it was a great and rewarding experience. 2. Gandhian School Hyderabad- (Classes up to 7)- The students were very good and cooperative. They were avid listeners. As my first long term teaching assignment, it really helped me enhance my overall teaching ability which was not only about the subject matter but also the operational factors that contribute towards learning such as: Curriculum and lecture review and planning, developing class assignments, drafting question papers for examinations and interacting with school administration. 3. Bhavan's Arvindo Junior College, Hyderabad- (Classes 11 and 12) (Intermediate)- This school offered me an opportunity for optimum utilization of my education as a Masters student. I taught students at a higher level and it gave me an immense sense of satisfaction. 4. Birla High School, Kolkata (Classes 7, 8 and 11,12)- This school gave me a platform to perfect my skills of setting question papers and truly understanding student psychology. I made students realize their creative potential in Hindi. 5. Tuitions- Home tuitions (Classes up to 12)- I was teaching a multitude of age groups and it was a new experience for me. I was able to focus a lot of my time and energy on individual student growth. 6. eVidyakaloka (Classes 6,7 and 8) - Teaching kids in rural government schools as part of an NGO using an online mode of study.
