Amiyo Bhushan Ganguly

I teach Physics to students of Classes 8 to 10, following both the CBSE and ICSE curricula. Over the past 8 years, I have been dedicated to helping students develop a strong conceptual foundation in Physics and excel academically. My aim is to make Physics understandable, engaging, and applicable, so students can build both confidence and curiosity in the subject.

I have completed a B.Sc. (Honours) in Physics followed by an M.Sc. in Physics, which has given me a solid academic grounding in the subject. My educational background allows me to explain concepts in detail and connect theoretical knowledge with practical applications, making learning more meaningful for students.

My teaching journey began as a government school teacher, where I taught Physics to students of Classes 8 to 10. Later, I worked as a guest lecturer for Classes 11 and 12, focusing on advanced topics. I also served in Indian Railways in various capacities, which allowed me to travel and gain diverse experiences. After retirement, I returned to my passion for teaching and continue to mentor students in Physics with dedication and enthusiasm.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of guiding students who have gone on to achieve great success in their careers. Many of my former students are now working in managerial positions in reputed companies, government departments, and even abroad. Seeing them succeed and knowing I contributed to their growth has been extremely rewarding.

I conduct offline classes and follow a structured lesson plan combined with interactive teaching sessions. I encourage students to actively participate, ask questions, and engage in problem-solving exercises. My approach ensures that concepts are thoroughly understood, and students gain practical insight into Physics.

I make use of PPTs and whiteboard explanations during lessons to enhance understanding and retention. Additionally, I provide notes to students when required, allowing them to revise and practice independently. My focus is on building a strong conceptual foundation while fostering analytical and problem-solving skills.

My ultimate goal is to create a supportive learning environment where students feel confident, motivated, and equipped to excel in Physics. By combining structured lessons, interactive methods, and practical examples, I aim to help students develop a lifelong interest and proficiency in the subject.
