Nutrition is actually the amount of nourishment you provide to your body it is considered to be the top most important thing for your overall growth.
Lets understand it by an example dont you pour water to plants ? Why do you pour water to them ? Why do you keep them in sunlight the basic understanding is that they will get nutrition from their and they will grow isnt it?
That being the reason similarly our body needs certain amount of fibers, calcium, iron and carbohydrates to work and grow efficiently.
