I hold a Master of Science in Agriculture (M.Sc. Agriculture), and over the years, I have continuously enhanced my knowledge through various professional development programs. My academic background, combined with extensive practical experience, allows me to deliver training that is both structured and highly relevant.
A significant part of my career was spent in the Middle East, particularly in Dubai, where I worked for around 28 years in the corporate sector. During this time, I trained adults in areas such as customer empowerment and ISO quality systems, gaining valuable exposure to multicultural environments and global standards.
This international experience has helped me develop strong expertise in communication, training delivery, and organizational development. I bring these insights into my sessions, ensuring that learners gain not just theoretical knowledge but also practical understanding.
