Gopal Radhakrishnan

I provide training in School Administration, Spoken English, Communication Skills, and ISO Quality Management Systems, with over 38 years of professional teaching and training experience. My focus is on helping learners and professionals build practical, industry-relevant skills that can be applied effectively in real-world environments.

I hold a Master of Science in Agriculture (M.Sc. Agriculture), and over the years, I have continuously enhanced my knowledge through various professional development programs. My academic background, combined with extensive practical experience, allows me to deliver training that is both structured and highly relevant.

A significant part of my career was spent in the Middle East, particularly in Dubai, where I worked for around 28 years in the corporate sector. During this time, I trained adults in areas such as customer empowerment and ISO quality systems, gaining valuable exposure to multicultural environments and global standards.

This international experience has helped me develop strong expertise in communication, training delivery, and organizational development. I bring these insights into my sessions, ensuring that learners gain not just theoretical knowledge but also practical understanding.

My teaching methodology is structured and goal-oriented. I design each session with clear learning objectives and focus on practical, real-life applications. I incorporate discussions, case studies, and interactive activities to make learning engaging and effective.

I conduct online classes using PPT presentations and whiteboard explanations to support visual learning. I also provide continuous feedback to help learners improve and stay aligned with their goals.

My aim is to empower students and professionals with the skills and confidence they need to grow in their careers and excel in their respective fields.
