I am a Communication Skills and Spoken English trainer with 18 years of teaching experience, helping students improve their confidence, fluency, presentation skills, and overall communication abilities. I specialize in Communication Skills, Spoken English, Interview Skills, Public Speaking, and Verbal and Non-verbal Communication. My goal is to help learners express themselves effectively, overcome hesitation, and develop the confidence required for academic, professional, and personal growth.

I have completed my Master’s degree in English Literature from Guru Nanak Dev University in 1993. My academic background has provided me with a strong foundation in English language, literature, communication, and creative expression. Over the years, I have continuously enhanced my knowledge through learning, writing, and language development activities to provide meaningful and practical training to my students.

Throughout my teaching journey, I have worked with students from diverse backgrounds and learning levels. I have helped learners improve their spoken English, vocabulary, pronunciation, presentation skills, and professional communication abilities. I believe that effective communication is not only about knowing a language but also about expressing thoughts clearly, confidently, and appropriately in different situations.

My teaching approach focuses on practical communication and real-life application. I help students develop speaking confidence through interactive conversations, role plays, interview preparation, public speaking activities, and personalized feedback. I also focus on improving verbal and non-verbal communication skills, body language, and presentation techniques to help students create a strong impression in academic and professional environments.

I have received several recognitions for my contributions to literature and creative writing. My literary works, including *Wistful Moments – Anthology* and *Reviving Moments – Insight*, reflect my passion for writing and meaningful storytelling. I have also received honors such as the International Author Excellence Award 2025 by Golden Awards GBA 2025, International Author Excellence Award 2026 by Wings Publication, International English Test 2026 C1 Advanced Level certification, and Wingword Poetry Award/Recognition 2026.

I conduct online classes using structured lesson plans, PowerPoint presentations, and digital whiteboards to make learning interactive and engaging. My sessions are customized according to each student's goals, whether they want to improve spoken English, prepare for interviews, enhance public speaking skills, or build professional communication abilities. I focus on continuous practice, feedback, and confidence-building activities to help students achieve steady improvement.

Teaching communication skills gives me the opportunity to empower students and help them discover their confidence. I believe every individual can become an effective communicator with the right guidance, consistent practice, and a supportive learning environment. My aim is to help students develop strong language skills, express themselves confidently, and use communication as a tool for success in every aspect of life.
