I have been teaching Sanskrit for over 22 years, dedicated to helping students develop a deep understanding and appreciation of one of the world’s most ancient and profound languages. My journey as a teacher has been driven by a passion for Sanskrit literature and a commitment to making this classical language accessible and engaging for learners of all ages and backgrounds. Over the years, I have taught hundreds of students, guiding them in both spoken and written Sanskrit, and helping them gain fluency, confidence, and cultural insight.

I hold a Master’s degree in Sanskrit Literature from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore, and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from the same university. In addition, I have completed a Diploma in Education (D.Ed.) from Madhya Pradesh Bhoj (Open) University, Bhopal, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (P.G.D.C.A.) from Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication, Bhopal. My academic background, spanning traditional literature and modern technology, allows me to integrate classical learning with contemporary teaching tools.

Throughout my career, I have held various academic and leadership roles, including Senior Teacher, Principal, Block Academic Coordinator, and District Sanskrit Trainer. These diverse experiences have enriched my perspective as an educator, enabling me to understand the educational system at multiple levels — from classroom teaching to curriculum design and teacher training. I have also been actively involved in mentoring teachers and helping develop effective Sanskrit teaching methodologies that blend tradition with innovation.

My teaching style is structured yet flexible, adapting to the learning pace and goals of each student. I focus on both conceptual clarity and practical application, ensuring that students not only understand grammatical structures and syntax but can also speak and write Sanskrit with confidence. I make extensive use of PPTs, whiteboards, and interactive exercises to simplify complex topics and make lessons engaging.

I conduct both online and offline classes, catering to individual and group sessions based on student preferences. Whether it’s for school curriculum support, competitive exams, or a personal interest in Sanskrit literature and shlokas, I design lessons to meet each learner’s unique needs. My students appreciate the balance of discipline and encouragement in my sessions, which keeps them motivated to achieve steady progress.

In addition to Sanskrit, I have also taught Hindi and Information Technology, further expanding my ability to connect classical and modern streams of knowledge. I believe that language is not just a subject but a medium through which students can explore philosophy, culture, and values. This belief forms the foundation of my teaching philosophy.

For me, teaching Sanskrit is more than a profession — it is a way to preserve and pass on India’s linguistic and cultural heritage. Every session is an opportunity to inspire curiosity and reverence for this timeless language. My goal is to continue guiding learners to not only understand Sanskrit but to experience its beauty through regular practice, reflection, and appreciation of its rich literary traditions.
