I have 4 years of experience in teaching yoga to students of different age groups and levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. I specialize in group yoga classes, personal one-on-one sessions, home yoga classes, disease-specific yoga, mental stability practices, meditation, and overall wellness training.
I hold a degree and certifications in Yoga, which have helped me build a strong foundation in yogic techniques, posture correction, breathing practices, and mindful teaching. For the last 3 years, I have been working with Mudra Yoga Studio, along with providing personal yoga home tuition.
My teaching approach is simple, practical, and personalized according to each student’s body type, health condition, flexibility, and fitness goal. I focus not only on physical fitness but also on mental peace, stress relief, discipline, and long-term wellness
