I am a dedicated Yoga Instructor with over a decade of teaching experience and more than 22 years of personal yoga practice. I am passionate about helping people improve their physical health, mental well-being, and overall quality of life through the practice of yoga. I teach students of different age groups and fitness levels, guiding them in developing flexibility, strength, balance, relaxation, and inner peace through safe and effective yoga practices.

My expertise includes Hatha Yoga, Surya Namaskar, Weight Loss Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation. Over the years, I have completed professional yoga training and certification programs that have strengthened my knowledge of traditional yoga principles, modern teaching methodologies, and holistic wellness. My continuous learning and regular personal practice allow me to provide authentic guidance while ensuring that students benefit from scientifically sound and practical yoga techniques.

With more than 10 years of teaching experience, I have worked with individuals having diverse fitness goals and health requirements.
