I am learning yoga for the past 20 years and teaching professionally for the past 4 years.
I am an engineer by profession. I am providing online yoga classes.
I am MSc certified Yoga instructor.
 Won the State Level Championship five times

 Represented our state on 53rd National school games competition held at Chhattarasal stadium, Delhi

 Represented our State in National Yoga Championship organized by Uttaranchal State Yoga Association held at Haridwar

 Received the Title “Yoga Jothi” by TamilNadu State Yoga Sports Development association and TamilNadu State Yogasana association

 Participated as a jury member in many of the state level competitions and received the certification of honor

 Winner of TCS internal talent competition and specially recognized as “TCS GOT TALENT” award

 Eighteen times “First Prize” winner in district, state and national level competitions

 Trained Yoga in many of the Government schools of Chennai for at least six months in each school

 Was invited for Yoga demonstration in many colleges, schools for awareness and got special appreciation.
