Usharani

I am Usharani, a committed primary-level tutor teaching students from Class 1 to Class 5 across all subjects. With two years of teaching experience, including working inside a school environment, I have had the opportunity to guide many young learners in building their foundational skills and academic confidence. Teaching children during their early schooling years is something I take very seriously, and I make sure every class is structured, engaging, and meaningful.

I hold a Master of Arts degree and a Bachelor of Education in English, which has equipped me with strong subject knowledge and effective teaching techniques. Along with this, I have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Hindi, allowing me to teach comfortably in both English and Hindi mediums. I have also finished all eight levels of Hindi training from Dakshin Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha, which has given me deep command over the language and strengthened my ability to support bilingual learners.

My teaching experience across school and tutoring settings has helped me recognize how uniquely every child learns. Some students grasp concepts quickly, while others need more time, encouragement, and repetition. Over the years, I have learned to adjust my teaching pace, examples, and tools to suit each student’s learning style so that no child feels left behind or overwhelmed.

I believe that creating a supportive and positive classroom atmosphere is key to effective learning. I focus on helping students understand basic concepts clearly because strong fundamentals become the stepping stones for future academic success. My priority is always to build confidence—especially in children who hesitate to ask questions or worry about making mistakes.

To keep my sessions interesting and effective, I follow structured lesson plans and integrate interactive elements into the class. Depending on what works best for the topic and the student, I use PPTs, videos, visual aids, and simple whiteboard teaching. These tools make learning more visual, relatable, and memorable for young children. Online classes especially benefit from variety and movement, so I ensure students stay engaged throughout the lesson.

Parent communication is an important part of my teaching style. I believe learning works best when teachers and parents work together. I share feedback regularly, highlight progress, and discuss areas that may need extra support. This helps parents stay involved and gives students a consistent academic support system at home and in class.

Teaching young learners gives me immense joy, and I consider it a privilege to be part of their growth journey. My goal is to help students enjoy learning, strengthen their academic base, and slowly become confident and independent learners. I look forward to supporting many more children as they take their first steps into the world of education.
