I am a certified Yoga Instructor teaching both offline and online classes for every level of student—beginners, intermediate and advanced—and for all age groups. I specialise in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Power Yoga, Raja Yoga, Thai yoga, Yoga Meditation, Pregnancy/Prenatal Yoga and Patanjali Yoga. I also work on Nabhi healing, posture correction, flexibility training and overall mind–body balance.
My classes are different because I focus on personalised yoga for every individual. Before starting, I understand each student’s body type, flexibility, lifestyle, hormonal condition and health goals. I give simple instructions, easy breathing guidance and safe alignment so even beginners feel confident. Every class is practical, result-oriented and designed to bring real changes in strength, flexibility, hormonal balance and stress levels. Students receive personal attention, regular progress tracking and a motivating, supportive environment that helps them stay consistent and grow with confidence.
