I have taught at various levels for 35 years. With my NTE, Nursery Teacher Educators course I have taught right from Nursery to the secondary school with my B.Ed and then at the University level after qualifying UGC NET.
As the Vice Principal and later as the Principal, for CBSE school to colleges affiliated to the Kurukshetra University, I have managerial, administrative as well as extension work experience.
I have guided student teachers at the M.Ed. level for research.
I have a number of educational papers published in reputed educational Journals like the NCERT, AAIER.
I am well traveled around the world to study trends in education and teaching.
With my early education in the Kendriya Vidyalayas all over India and at the Delhi Public School, Mathura Road, I have benefited from both, the government and public schools. College education at different levels from different universities like the Delhi University, University of Madras, Annamalai University, Madurai Kamaraj University and presently at the Lovely Professional University for Research in Education, I have a vast exposure to the educational scenario all over India.
