I am a medical student, am doing BNYS i.e. Bachelors in Naturopathy and Yogic Science.
I love to do yoga and treat people naturally without giving them any kind of drugs or chemical which is present in allopathy medicines , therefore I learn about BNYS course and took admission in it.
As we all know money can be earned, if we don't have something we can purchase it ,we can earn everything But our health cannot be earned ,we have to stay healthy.
If we will stay healthy we can do anything we want to ,can do any kind of work ,but our body or our health is damage there is no mean to live a life.
Therefore I want that every one should priorities there health and decided to start yoga classes online or offline.
Since I am 2nd year student I don't have any degree, but l am performing yoga from last 5 years and now I had an experience of 2 years as it is done everyday in our college.
I will teach you yoga as well as it's benefits, contraindications etc.
Even I will tell you how to balance your diet and some natural remedies to stay healthy.
