I'm Padma, a passionate teacher, an impactful teacher trainer and an inspiring leader enjoying the remarkable sojourn of learning for 1.5 decades.
Being an impressive orator myself, I have been training my students and team in excelling their communication skills.
I have organised myriad language enhancement programs at high school level like club activities namely Orators 's Oyster, Debaters 's Den, Mock Interviews, Ad-World to Add-World etc.
Writing entertaining compering scripts to training the hosts of the school cultural events, I have learnt a lot and playing with words for catchy conversations and inspiring messages has been my forte.
Having been a language teacher, an H.O.D and a School leader, I have always loved to address people, be it students, parents or teachers.
Friendly and approachable personality of mine makes it easier for people to be at ease while learning from me. I give them their space and try to connect to them at their level of ease.
My acquaintances feel inspired by my motivational and empowering discussions.
Given an opportunity, I am sure I would be able to make my students better and confident speakers like I am.
Of course, I believe I'm on the sojourn of perpetual learning!
I have worked as a Principal for 2.5 years. I had been the H.O.D of the English Dept. For six years, and enjoyed my journey as a teacher for 14 years.
I'm freelance as a resource person and trainer for Cambridge University Press and trained teachers of several schools.
I have completed my M.A. English, M.B.A.HR, and B.ED and planning to pursue M. Phill.
Given an opportunity, I will impart my proficiency to the students who select me as their tutor.
