As an Assistant Professor of English at Dr. Umayal Ramanathan College for Women, I gained over four years of teaching experience, working with undergraduate students in English literature, grammar, and communication. I was actively involved in designing lesson plans, conducting language labs, mentoring students for seminars and research presentations, and leading workshops for literary development. I also handled internal assessments, academic documentation, and coordinated with the English department for curriculum implementation and student progression. Prior to this, I served as a Guest Lecturer at Alagappa University, where I taught postgraduate students. My role focused on enhancing academic writing skills, interpreting classical and modern texts, and guiding students in literary theory and practical criticism. These experiences refined my classroom management, content delivery, and learner-focused teaching methodologies.
