I am Anushya Madhan Kumar, a dedicated teacher and tutor with 6 years of teaching experience, specialising in Class XII English and Mathematics. I focus on helping students strengthen their concepts, improve problem-solving abilities, and prepare effectively for their examinations. My aim is to make learning structured, engaging, and result-oriented for every student.

I have completed my Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), which has helped me develop strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills. Along with my academic background, my years of teaching experience have helped me understand different learning patterns and develop effective methods to explain concepts clearly.

I have been working as a Teacher and Tutor since 2015, gaining extensive experience in teaching English and Mathematics to students. Over the years, I have guided learners in improving their subject understanding, strengthening their fundamentals, and achieving better academic results. My experience has helped me develop the ability to adapt my teaching style according to each student's learning requirements.

Currently, I am working as a Banking Trainer at a reputed coaching centre, where I train students for competitive examinations. This experience has further strengthened my expertise in English grammar, reasoning-based learning, and exam preparation strategies. I help school students, college students, and competitive exam aspirants build strong language skills and improve their confidence.

My teaching methodology is structured, interactive, and concept-focused. I prepare lesson plans according to the student's syllabus and learning goals, ensuring systematic progress. My classes include concept explanations, regular practice sessions, discussions, doubt-clearing, and practical examples to help students understand topics deeply and apply their knowledge effectively.

I use PowerPoint presentations and whiteboard explanations to make my classes more engaging and easier to understand. For English, I focus on grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and communication skills to help students gain confidence in the language.
