Vinay Maurya

As a passionate Health and Physical Education graduate, currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) from Lovely Professional University, I have dedicated myself to fostering physical fitness and well-being through dynamic activities like Taekwondo and Yoga. With a strong academic foundation (CGPA 8.62 in B.Sc. Health and Physical Education) and practical experience, I’m driven to help others achieve their fitness goals while promoting holistic health. During my academic journey, I’ve been fortunate to receive several honors, such as a Gold Medal at the Asian Sikh Games and a nomination for the prestigious National Service Scheme President Award for my contribution to yoga and community service. These accomplishments reflect my commitment not only to personal growth but also to positively impacting the lives of others through physical education and wellness initiatives. Key Experiences:
As a Martial Arts Trainer at St. Joseph School, Shaktinagar, I trained students in Taekwondo, focusing on discipline, technique, and fitness. I helped the team secure the second position at the 2019 Zonal Level competition, showcasing my ability to coach effectively and foster team spirit.
As a Teaching Intern at Greenland School, I conducted 16 engaging physical education lessons and organized successful sports competitions, emphasizing inclusivity and teamwork. My experience in lesson planning and event organization allowed me to develop both my teaching and leadership skills.
I have also worked on several live projects, including conducting daily yoga sessions in collaboration with Lovely Professional University and the National Service Scheme, where I promoted yoga awareness and wellness among local communities.
I am also skilled in fitness program development, individualized coaching, event planning, and organizing community services. My technical skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office and implementing safety protocols in physical education settings.
Currently, I’m looking to apply my skills and passion for physical education, martial arts, and yoga in a teaching or coaching role, where I can continue to make a difference by promoting fitness, discipline, and a balanced lifestyle.
